Privacy Policy

At Designswarm Industries Ltd, in order to make sure we operate the Good Night Lamp (Trademarked) we need to collect a few pieces of information from you. This includes your Full Name, Email address and shipping address. We keep this on file to allows us to service you when you have queries about our products. We also collect information that relates to your relation to your Good Night Lamp (Trademarked) which is in the form of the names of the lamps and its EMEI and ICCID numbers, both of which are unique identifiers which connect it to a global network of mobile providers.

We also rely on data coming from other sources. This includes our e-commerce provider Shopify and payment partners Paypal and Stripe who process a customer’s payment card details but we do not have access to this nor do we store it.
Our technology partners in Europe Eseye and in Airfi Networks are external providers we rely on to connect your lamp to a network of global mobile providers. They in turn collect information about your lamp which we do not directly access unless needed for troubleshooting purposes. This includes the current status of your lamp (on or off), the latest version of the firmware (software) and its geolocation (down to the closest cell phone tower so they do not know where your house is exactly as this would rely on more precise technology like wifi which we do not use).

What do we do with the information we have collected about you? We use it to deliver the lamps to your shipping address of choice, we also use it to support your use of the lamps after purchase and we use it to get in touch with you via a newsletter we send out to previous customers. If you’d like us to delete you from our previous customers newsletter, please fill in this form.
